AB The contribution deals with the knowledge testing of university students within e-learning, specifically within Learning Management System (LMS) Unifor study environment. E-learning is considered to be a new form of education which started being of great importance at the turn of the 20th and 21st century, and began to appear in almost all of professions. In the practical part of the article presents the testing of students in the subject of Biology of child and hygiene. The testing criterium was af knowledge-packed and their over time. A knowledge test of 15 questions gradueted a total of 44 respondents. The research results showed that the work in LMS environment proves to be very effective to support teaching and its evaluation.
