AB This article is about possibilities of using CAD modelers for the making of 3D moving models focusing on the study of abrassive wear. These laboratory abrassive wear tests are described here and they are used for the learning and researching of machine parts and tools for land processing. The tests on the grinding cloth, in Bond´s device and in the grinding container were chosen for animation making. The individual parts of devices were moulded by using CAD modelers. The moving sets were put together by using individual parts, generating them into the demonstrative video and being able to play them by PC players.
